  Abysmal service. Let me be clear. Not customer service, but the ability to deliver packages to their destination. First, they returned a package to sender overseas, while simultaneously telling me they had delivered to me. Then I was forced to interact with them again because the govt chose to use their services. They say they delivered it, and yet they did not. At all. Even a little. They put their contact details in my letterbox and left, leaving me to collect it, which is not at all the service I paid for. Not even a little bit. So far, 100% of my interactions with them have resulted in failed deliveries and frustration.
