About Sevilla Accommodation in Dunedin
Centrally located, Sevilla Accommodation is a cosy, self-contained, 1-2 person "bed-sit" situated just 100 yards away from Dunedins numerous cafes, restaurants, bars, churches and banks.
Because of its proximity to the University of Otago, the College of Education and Otago Polytechnic, it is favoured accommodation for doctors and overseas lecturers. The Dental and Medical Schools, Dunedin Hospital and Zoology Department are within four minutes walking distance.
It is also a short walk away from Moana indoor swimming pool, "Olveston" (stately home), the Railway Station, Otago Museum, town belt walking tracks and The Octagon (Dunedins centre point).
